Indeed, with the release of the new version of Iolaos and the integration of Speechi Connect on interactive displays, we believe it is important to stay informed about the latest updates and to receive training for optimal professional or educational use of your interactive display.
At Speechi, we've been providing training since we transitioned from interactive whiteboards and video projectors to interactive displays. We believe that the key to effectively using your interactive display lies in fully understanding and mastering these tools. That's why we've revamped our training programs to support you through your technological transition. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, benefit from personalized training.
Training courses for all tastes
Before the training modules were changed, we offered three levels of training, ranging from a 30-minute introductory course to a 3-hour expert course. Today, we have updated the content of these courses to better reflect your evolving needs and our current offerings.
Interactive screen training Focus Topic 30 min
To begin, we have the fastest training course in terms of time, but just as packed with content: the 30-minute Focus Topics course. It's the only course that gives you complete freedom in choosing the content by selecting a topic you want to learn. There are about ten topics to choose from: whether it's learning how to start a video conference, using Speechi Connect, or collaborative software like Iolaos, for example, you'll have plenty of options.
This training is geared more towards experienced users who want to familiarize themselves with the new features of the SpeechiTouch interactive screen. If you have a busy schedule, this training is perfect for refresher courses, as you'll quickly acquire all the necessary knowledge on the chosen topic in just 30 minutes. Furthermore, you'll have the option of completing this topic-focused training in a small group, making the experience more interactive.
In terms of price, the Focus interactive screen training is priced at €149 excluding VAT and can be easily purchased from our online store .
Interactive screen onboarding training (1.5 hours)
The second training course we offer provides you with a comprehensive overview of your screen's ecosystem: it's the 1.5-hour onboarding course for new users. It's specifically designed for new users of a SpeechiTouch interactive screen , offering a thorough understanding of your interactive display and video conferencing tools. Practical, interactive, and intuitive, this session is designed
Our trainers will guide you through navigating the interface, customizing settings to suit your needs, and using collaborative features to enhance your presentations and meetings. This training can also be conducted in small groups of up to 10 people, making it highly practical and interactive since you and your team can learn about the screen's features simultaneously.
The price of this training is €249 excluding VAT, with the option to purchase it directly from our online store .
The half-day Expert training course
Finally, the third and final training option among our new models is the only on-site training we offer: Expert training. You may find it more convenient since the network of certified Mon Assistant Numérique trainers comes directly to your workplace. This Expert training allows your team to familiarize themselves with your equipment in a comfortable environment, starting from just half a day. During this time, the expert trainers will provide a detailed presentation of the interactive screen and its entire ecosystem, followed by hands-on workshops for quick and easy use.
This training takes place in groups of 5 to 10 people maximum in order to make digital learning more engaging and thus guarantee a quality service.

Indeed, you choose the training that best suits your needs. We offer two remote training courses: a 30-minute focus topic training course and a 1.5-hour onboarding course for new users. To ensure high-quality remote training, we have set up a huddle room in our Lille offices. In this small meeting room, we have brought together all our interactive solutions and videoconferencing equipment for effective training.
The Expert training program is the only one offered in person. No need to travel; we come directly to you for half a day to conduct the training and answer all your questions. Furthermore, this training can be delivered in small groups, allowing for more engaging hands-on workshops with multiple participants.
