The 5-year on-site warranty option

The on-site warranty extension with assembly/disassembly allows you to guarantee your SpeechiTouch interactive screen for a period of 5 years (from the date of purchase).

In the event of a malfunction or hardware defect, our technical experts will come to your site to repair the screen or replace it with an equivalent product.

This guarantee also includes the dismantling of the defective screen, then the reassembly once the repairs or replacement have been carried out by us.

Warranty conditions:

The warranty covers defects arising from a material problem or a manufacturing problem.

However, limitations and exclusions apply.
